Tina Branine has spent more than 26 years in real estate, and she knows firsthand that getting your license is only the beginning. Building a successful real estate business requires knowing what to do every day, how to talk to people, how to create opportunities, and how to confidently guide clients from the first conversation all the way to the closing table.

Tina is the CEO and Team Leader of Elevated Home Team, powered by PLACE at Keller Williams Realty Partners, serving the Kansas City metro. She has built a highly productive real estate business by combining proven systems, consistent lead generation, strong relationships, exceptional client service, and a commitment to doing the fundamentals really well.

Over the course of her career, Tina has personally helped over a thousand families buy, sell, and invest in real estate and has built a business producing more than $50 million in annual sales volume. Today, she also leads, coaches, and develops agents at every stage of their careers.

After years of watching newly licensed agents enter the industry excited and motivated, but often without a clear roadmap for what to actually do next, Tina created Agent Kickstart to bridge the gap between getting a real estate license and building a real estate business.

Agent Kickstart isn't about theory, hype, or chasing the latest shiny object. It's built around the same practical tools, scripts, conversations, systems, and daily activities Tina has used throughout her career and continues to use in her business today.
