Each day follows a structured roadmap. You’ll meet live to review what you’re working on, ask questions, and stay accountable. You’ll then complete the assigned Agent Kickstart lesson and put what you’ve learned into action through specific business-building activities.

Your mentor is there to help you navigate the situations that come up when you’re actually working with buyers and sellers. That can include forms, contracts, market analysis, offers, transaction questions, client situations, negotiations, and the steps necessary to move a client from opportunity to closing.

Your Agent Kickstart mentor will guide you through your first three closed transactions, helping you gain the real-world experience and confidence needed to begin navigating transactions more independently.

The enrollment fee is $495.

\In addition, a 25% referral fee from the GCI of each of your first three closed transactions is paid to your Agent Kickstart mentor for their hands-on guidance and transaction mentorship.
